Always check the care label before cleaning.
Indoor Rugs: Vacuum regularly using a suction-only setting without a beater bar, and avoid vacuuming fringes. Blot spills immediately with a clean, white cloth—never rub. If required, use a mild cleaning solution, testing it on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid soaking, steam cleaning and harsh chemicals. After cleaning, allow the rug to dry completely to help prevent odours or mildew. Rotate your rug periodically for even wear, and use a professional rug cleaner for stubborn stains or deep cleaning.
Outdoor Rugs: Remove loose dirt by shaking, sweeping or vacuuming. Clean with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly and ensure both sides are completely dry before placing the rug back. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to help minimise fading.

We provide free nationwide delivery across South Africa, with tracking provided once your order has been dispatched. All orders are delivered within 2–7 working days depending on your location.
Changed your mind? We offer 30-day hassle-free returns and exchanges. Rugs must be unused, unaltered and returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all original tags attached.
We’ll arrange collection from your delivery address at no additional cost.

Size guide
The right rug size helps anchor your furniture and create a balanced, well-defined space. Before ordering, measure your room and furniture layout, consider walkways and door clearance, and use masking tape to outline the rug’s dimensions on the floor.
- Living Room: Choose a rug that defines the seating area and sits beneath at least the front legs of your main furniture. Recommended sizes: 400x300, 340x240, 290x200, 230x160.
- Dining Room: Allow the rug to extend at least 60 cm beyond the table on all sides so the chairs remain on the rug when pulled out. Recommended sizes: 400x300, 340x240, 290x200.
- Bedroom: Position the rug beneath the bed, leaving a comfortable border visible along the sides and foot. Recommended sizes: 290x200, 230x160, 170x120, 150x100.
- Hallways & Entryways: Choose a rug or runner that fits comfortably within the available walkway and leaves an even border of flooring visible.
- Extra Large spaces: Large living rooms, open-plan living and dining areas, double-volume lounges, and generous primary bedrooms all call for a rug scaled to the room itself. Recommended sizes: 600x400, 500x400, 500x300, 400x300.
